Our client seeks a construction professional capable of handling projects between 1-8 million dollars as both a superintendent & project manager.
This project is located on Long Island, and is due to begin this year.
Our client is a NY / Long Island and CT based GC with experience in all facets of the industry including new building and interiors, private and public sector - throughout the TriState Area.
Required experience:
10 years of experience in both project management and field supervision.
Experience managing projects over $5 Million.
NY and Long Island Experience is necessary. i .e. familiarity with local trades, engineers, etc...
Knowledge of local building codes, OSHA, etc...
Experience on Fire Stations / Municipal Work, as well as private sector experience is neccessary.
